Registration Information

Below are listed the prices for attendance at the INF meeting in Khajuraho.

Registration also includes accommodation (arrival 25.1, departure 30.1), all meals/tea/coffee, a welcome reception, and the conference banquet.

Due to the special arrangement we have been able to make with the hotel, the registration amount will remain the same, even if you are staying for fewer days.

Earlybird prices are obtainable until 8th November, 2025.

Important note for non-Indian citizens: Since conference visas are required, we will need you to register before the 8th November, 2025, in order to obtain the necessary permission from the Indian government. Once we receive your registration we will provide you with instructions and the necessary documentation for the visa application.

Scholarships for Phd Students and Postdocs

A limited number of scholarships will be available for PhD students and postdocs.

a) a CV,
b) your intended abstract for the conference on the Abstract Template
c) a half-page letter of motivation on why it is important for you to attend the conference
